I needed to feel good about myself so I started exercising and lost 25 pounds in 4 months.
Why I Love It:
I love what working out has done not only for my body but for my self-esteem and confidence. After I get my certification I would love to help others achieve their goals!
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember how I looked and how I felt last year...I don't want to ever go back to that!
BB Accomplishments:
Abs, arms and legs...still need to work on the glutes.

First started to seriously work the abs.
Tons of squats and have started running the bleachers at our local high school.
My goal is to be a Personal Fitness trainer in 2008. I get personal joy when I exercise and I would like to help people find that joy as well as help them become healthy, confident and proud individuals.

With Sammy having a full season under his belt. And breaking records to boot. I looking forward to the NC. I may be counting my chickens. But I'm optimistic. ;)
