Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Lose 20 Lbs. and keep increasing my muscle mass.
Goal (Long): I currently weigh 201 and would like to drop down to 185 to 190. I would like to have a body fat percentage of 10% and have a nice core. I am currently bench pressing 320 and would like to be benching 350 in 4 months.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%
