It started out as a way to deal with growing up fatherless and evolved in to just being plain amazed at the way the human body will respond to instruction with the right application.
Why I Love It:
Winning Competitions, manipulating my body. There is no bigger rush than hearing the crowd cheer for you when you hit a good pose. Waking up feeling Jacked is one of the best feelings as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
Competing and the drive to advance in the sport. When my body listens to what I'm instructing it to do. This is a lifestyle. The pain of the workouts is my reference point for all other areas in my life.
BB Accomplishments:
Won 2 local titles as a Junior. I took 6 years away from the gym to get stable with Carreer, home etc. Now at 26, I'm ready to continue my quest for going Pro. I've been back in the Gym for 1 year and gained 50lbs of Solid muscle. I just won my weight class (Heavyweight) in a local event.

I'm thinking about trying it but I wanted to ask a few people about it before I purchased it. Have you heard of this product and if so how do you feel about it? I really appreciate your feedback and thanks for the help. I listed a link to the product below. Have a good one.

I'm surprised with how many reps you do on your workout program. I've been meaning to try that but I always get excited about heavy weights when I'm in the gym. I'm going to try your routine for a couple months I think and see how it works for me.
