Reason: Shirtripper made a deal with me. One day we are going to step on the same stage at the same weight (pound for pound) and bodyfat (4%). I will be a shredded 183 and he will be a ripped 195. He has some dieting to do. I have some massing and then some dieting to do. His work ethic is tremendous and I know someday we will both reach our ultimate goal.
