yeah I think you are right. I am going to try to make some major improvements to my physique before I think about competing again. For my height I should be at least 175 on stage probably. Your contest pics are impressive. Nice overall balance and conditioning.

early on, all I did was bench, incline dumbbell press, and smith decline. That built some outer and lower pec thickness. Now I am trying to bring up my upper and inner pecs. I alternate between dumbell and barbell press for incline and flat bench. I do a lot of hammer strength incline and dumbbell incline flies. I use the fly machine a lot too for high reps at the end of my workouts. I hit chest every 4 days for around 16 sets.

It is latin for "hard from within" or "strength from within". I originally got it the first time I dieted with intentions of it being funny. I wanted to get the closest translation to "hardcore" in latin, blatantly across my chest. I'm bulking now too. I'm in complete offseason mode. You are probably a lot leaner than me right now.

To bulk, I just ate a lot of food. I tried to get about 500 calories in every two hours that I was awake. I was taking in at least 300 grams of carbs and protein a day. I think I was taking sizeone creatine. I also did a prohormone stack with mass xtreme and tren xtreme.

Your arm development is crazy. How often do you train arms and what does your split look like? I am trying to bring up my triceps. Do you have any recommendations for training volume, set range, and frequency?

Hey man, you're looking pretty ripped and still big. There are pretty much 2 gyms in rio rancho. There is a defined fitness and a sports club. The sports club used to be a Gold's gym and it has some pretty good equipment and an area for power lifting. I would say that is the better gym of the two for serious lifters. It is located on southern and unser.

Thanks man. All I really do for shoulders is seated dumbell press, followed by side lateral dumbell raises. For real delts, I usually use a reverse pec fly machine because I feel that it isolates that area the best. I don't do anything for front delts because they get tons of work already from bench and incline presses.

I was taking sizeon creatine. I had a bunch of BCAA's in my shakes especially post workout. Before bed I drank casein protein or muscle milk. In he middle of the night I woke up and had another casein shake. I ate every two hours throughout the day (high protein and carbs with moderate healthy fats).

I don't even work my abs. They just come out when I diet off all the fat. Everybody has a six pack, it's just a matter of uncovering it.
