I was sill around 145 here, but a little leaner. I started lifting a little more consistently. This pic is with a chest pump.
I'm a little under 160 in this pic after dieting for approximately 12 weeks.

Goal (Long):
I have always had highly ectomorphic tendencies. I finally thought I had enough mass to compete but after I dieted down, I ended up a lot smaller than I planned. During my first show, I might have sacrificed size for conditioning, but it was an invaluable learning experience. Now that it is all over, I am going to take my offseason very seriously. I want to keep my bodyfat under 10% while gaining some serious mass. I definately love competing, but I will not step onstage until I am happy with my overall size.

I want to GAIN 27 lb

Shirtripper made a deal with me. One day we are going to step on the same stage at the same weight (pound for pound) and bodyfat (4%). I will be a shredded 183 and he will be a ripped 195. He has some dieting to do. I have some massing and then some dieting to do. His work ethic is tremendous and I know someday we will both reach our ultimate goal.

Green Pea Powder Protien Shakes doesn't for me. I lost my way with a lot of partying, but still remained Vegan. Now those times are over with, so it's time to DO WORK. Gonna lean myself like you with lots of cuts.

Laid down my motorcycle, shattered left wrist (10 plates, 2 screws) still in therapy but working out as I can't do proper preacher curls, no pushups yet, no benching either. Still got a ways to go. Can't give up, I gotta get bigger!

How much protein do you eat when trying to gain? I have been getting in 185 grams (1.5xbw), 244 carbs (2xbw), and 70 grams fat (~0.6 g/b) and still not gaining weight. I was wondering if I should bump everything up a bit, or keep protein whhere it is at and just up carbs/fats.

Congradulation for your contest! But i think the bantam categories wont be possible for you next time cause you gain a lot of mass and if you deplete to 145 again you will lose too much muscle so it will be lightweight or more!
