Steaks is a nickname that has stuck with me for some time now. It use to be babysteaks but was shortened. It's not butt steaks or anything like that although that would be completely appropriate. =o)
It's humid but cool here. Were you referring to hell week? (I'll assume you are). It's made up of 500 pushups, 1,000 squats, 250 pullups, and 1/2 mile of walking lunges. Do it too! LOL.
Checked out your progress pics and your sleeve moved arms in one of the photos. And I thought, "How in the F#$% did he do that?" Figured it out, but that's good trickery! keep up the gains.

Takes me over an hour to get there and with the price of gas I will stop and and train there if I am planning other business in the area also. It is a great club to train at and I am sure my training partner and I will be back when we get bored of our usual surroundings. Have a great week! Juliet
You know, I was thinking about that very issue of singles always wanting to go out. It's a matter of finding balance in life, which is sooooo not simple! You're doing great. Keep it up. Bud Light Lime, huh? Never heard of it, but if I liked beer, that sounds like the one I'd choose, lol!
Hey thanks for the add. You're too kind. I know all too well what summertime partying can do to the body. Hell, for me it can happen in ONE summertime WEEKEND! What's your plan to get back to the single digits?
