How I Started: When I was a kid. Messing around with weights and reading Arnolds Encyclopedia, which my dad handed down to me.
Why I Love It: The results I get from the hard work I put in. Also I love being in shape and the great euphoric feeling you get from training.
How I Stay Motivated: Setting new goals and attaining those goals.
BB Accomplishments: Having a successful first year of competing last year! Best placing: 3rd place Natural Northern Michigan.
