Leo-25 Thanks buddy, I was thinking about going lunch chicken breast and veggies and remove the carbs. Rest will keep as it is. For fat i have nuts, olive oil with the veggies, cottage cheese, etc I dont eat red meat so i always Try to compensate some how. Iam doing a lot of cardio, i run 30 min doing HIIT after my workouts. ;) Mar 22, 2013 6:27am

Leo-25 Hey bud, What u mean? I must only eat curbs before my workout? What about lunch an breakfast etc? I only eat good carbs. My diet goes: Oats and fat free milk 1 sweet potato 4 eggs white Chicken breast with brown rice Pre work 4 egg whites and 2 sweet potatoes or a banana After whey plus 1 banana or sweet potato. Dinner veggies with tuna or chicken breast. Let me know what u think Thanks a mil Mar 21, 2013 4:10pm
