I just wanted to be bigger for rugby as its the main sport down here. Also to stand out from the normal scrawny asians here.

I'm entering my 4th and final year for my U-19 Club.
With your mass you'd tear people up in the States. I'm sure ruggers in Australia is at a totally high level then ours though.

thanx dude and u look pretty jacked... im 15 years old started when i was 14 but that whole year i overtrained and underate :( but i learned during october how to properly train and eat and noticed the biggest change.... phew i cant wait till im 185 which is my goal and good luck with ur cutting
