Thanks for the comment man and i hope your able to make the changes you want. The man who helped me begin bodybuilding was a 72 year old bodybuilder who looked amazing for any age and he did not start building until he was 45. So you can make your change its not to late it's actually time to start. Good luck bro and i look forward to watching your progress.

Thanks man the off season is was going great now im starting my diet here real soon i had lots of nuttella and begal on my off season helped me hit that 260. It's going to be hard to give that stuff up again. But my first week was good i lost 6 lbs mad quick only cut out the junk and start 30 mintues cardio a day.

Great progress chris, you looked awesome today in the gym you are really showing well and the vascularity in you shoulders makes me jealous :), but i was think we should change your diet this week emial me when you get this and we will talk about it.

Pam great job on the progress only two more weeks, i'd like to get you dont to 140-139 then the legs will show more im sure, but your looking great in fact you doing better each week, wish we had more time for you prep but that's the natureof the beast we do the best we can with what we are given and that's what you have been doing. I'm very proud of YOU Pam!!!!

Pam,
Progress is getting better, we still need to clean up that poses there still stiff. Your progress in the legs looks good but we need them to be tighter also your abs look solid but waist needs to be tighter. You looking great but we need you down to 125 ASAP!!!!!

Progress Pics look good but we have some areas to improve on: Hams, glutes lowerback, triceps and quads and calves. I think most of these will be fixed when we get that weight down. but we have a great starting point and you have a great foundation :)

what have i been up to?? cutting fat im trying an experement with my body im going to attempt to diet down to 185-190 i believe that doing so will help me with my long term goal of turning pro. So what have i been up to hard ****ing work doing mad cardio and strick dieting.

you can keep the creatine in unless your going to be doing a contest, if so you should cut the creatine about 8 weeks out. But if your not competing then just keep the creatine and glutamine stick to your carb rotaions and cardio and you will cut up nicely.

I only train legs once a week its hugh workout very taxing and ton of fun. If your doing split break it up with Quads and Calf then Hams independently and see where it takes you.
