I love bodybuilding becasue it is the best feeling in the world, The human body is so amazing there is trully no limit to where i can take myself
How I Stay Motivated:
I just continue to do my best in all i do. I do my best with my family, my work and in my body. When people look at my body i want them to fill inspired to do there best as well.

Where do you get your workout programs?
I get my routine from myself when i feel i'm lacking i think of what will attack the muscle the most them i start putting stuff together from old magazine and from workout books

Modified hack squats are the best for my brings up the quads and hurts like hell they really let me know im human and pain is real

Well the off-season has offically ended for me.  I gained mad weight peaking at 260 my most ever i hope it will all pay off at the sting ray this year 2010.  I hope to bring in my best package ever.  I think my new training style is going to help alot its four days on and three days off. ...

Coach! thank you very much for your encouragement! It mean a lot to me that my own trainer tells me he is proud of me. THANKS! I will not dissapoint you or myself or our team. I am not a quitter and I will go all the way through it, until I get the body I always wanted :-)! See ya on Thursday b/c tomorrow I have duty. Roger that Coach! I know I really have to work out hard on my legs and all those areas that you mentioned. But I know that when I get to the weight you want me to be, I'll look great :-)! I am fully motivated, 100% heart and soul in transforming my body to the best shape ever and full fill my dream of competing in a Figure competition. I have faith:-)! Also, how is going to be my diet changing next week that we hit the 4 week period? I know is going to be tough, but I am willing to make those sacrifices. Keep up the good work man. Curious to know during your cutting phase did you use creatine and nitric oxide? I start my 12 week cutting phase tomorrow. I am not taking creatine at the moment.

I miss you guys so much....I wish I could have been there to compete too.. :( I need to get back into it.leave got to me..lol..I kept up with the running though..I just started back with the weights..hopefully when I get back from this deployment I will be back at where I want to be, I just wish I had you guys..
