Oct 30, 2009
Beast912changed Weight from 220 lbs. to 233.2 lbs., a 13.2 lb. gain in 21 days
She is very driven and dedicated. She exemplefies honor, courage and commitment as well. Although she had the deck stacked against her she continued to show true grit and determination. Where most might have given up due to the conditions she had to endure while preping for her first competition, her determination never faultered and commitment never waivered. It has been an honor to training you Pam.
We since my last post i've cut a nice bitof fat and have been able to keep all the muscle and i am still gaining strenght. I think the key is that im letting my diet and cardio do the work and not taking any fat burners That being said im 21 weeks out from the Central Japan Show in July...

Roger that Coach! I know I really have to work out hard on my legs and all those areas that you mentioned. But I know that when I get to the weight you want me to be, I'll look great :-)! I am fully motivated, 100% heart and soul in transforming my body to the best shape ever and full fill my dream of competing in a Figure competition. Thanks for that opportunity of getting me ready for it!
Thank you Coach for the motivation and faith on me ;-)! I appreciate it! I already posted my progress pics, so you can check them out. I want to be at 142-141 by this Sunday :-)! I think is possible. I have faith:-)! Also, how is going to be my diet changing next week that we hit the 4 week period? I know is going to be tough, but I am willing to make those sacrifices. Thanks again and see ya later at the gym.
hey coach, thank u for everything! i seriously would not have been able to take this fitness lifestyle to the level that it has now become for me if it weren't for that extra boost you gave me. i can't wait to rock it out for leg day tomorrow!
Keep up the good work man. Curious to know during your cutting phase did you use creatine and nitric oxide? I start my 12 week cutting phase tomorrow. I am not taking creatine at the moment.
That is so awesome that Chris got 1st! I knew she would do awesome...and I know that she could not have done it without you! your both so awesome! Oh! I miss you guys so much....I wish I could have been there to compete too.. :(
I need to get back into it.leave got to me..lol..I kept up with the running though..I just started back with the weights..hopefully when I get back from this deployment I will be back at where I want to be, I just wish I had you guys..
You will be sick nasty peeled at 190 dude. I am 205 right now at 5'9. I was 224 before cutting down and I still have a lot of fat I could lose for the real cuts to come out. I am kinda doing what your doing.....starting from the ground up again and tring to get to 225 again but this time get there as lean as possible....thats the goal anyway. Your legs are awesome dude. Lots of heavy squats I'm sure! Great work and good luck with Nationals
Thanks man..interesting. I believe in going hard. I know it will be painful. Monday's work out has my legs sore tonight. I will try it though. I am currently soing a split workout. You quads look good.
Brother A, could you share you leg work out regiment? I am going all out tonight...squats, leg press, hack squats, calf raises, leg extensions, & lunges. Then on thursdays squats again...4 sets of everything...
