What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I've thrown my back out, it usually lasts only 3 days. I dumped a reverse band bench press of 515 on my chest, I haven't fully recovered from that it's been about 4 or 5 months my sternum still pops and feels tight at times.
