hi bro, id like u share me something in ur opinion,i would u see my pics and give ur opinion and what do u suggest my to progress my body.i add to my workout sauna and steam,when i finish my legs workout i sits 20 min in sauna and 10 min inn steam,do u think its useful ?

man i want to follow the cutting diet but i wake up 3 in the morning except saturday and go to bed at 9 pm.i don't have time during the day to eat that much food,can i take a protein shake to replace 4 meals cause i can eat maybe 4 solid meal at most during the day.thanks

Men, I just wanted to tell you that the "666 Training" is definitely from hell. I just implemented in my workout routine 2 weeks ago and I have put at least 20 more pounds in each exercise. Some exercises like incline bench (put 40 lbs more) and squats (80 lbs more)I have put even more. Size in my muscles?? Geez!! I see a lot of progress. Thanks for that article.

Triphase is by far, the best routine I have come across. The results speak for themselves!! My body has not responded to anything like this before. Keep up the great work on the video site!
