I just wanted to say that seeing all the people who add me as someone who inspires them inspires me to keep doing what I am doing and helping as many people as possible!

Ng4244 Hey Derek! Thanks for pectoral college 101. I really struggle to put muscle on my chest, and I never get sore with whatever chest training I do. NewHercules no worries man, thats awesome. im 18 days in countdown to my competition. i wouldn't say im in 100% perfect condition right now but im wayyy better than the condition i was in last year, which was really my only goal in the 1st place. i am just as competitive as the next guy but i dont go in with the aggression that most other people do. i just go in it for the love of it Apr 10, 2012 6:33pm

guest hey Derek, im going to do phase 3 next week and im kinda confused. on work out A im doing my 2 x 6 of chest at 135 6 reps so when i come in on Wednesday would i decrease the weight to do more reps right? Mar 13, 2012 8:15pm
