Like ALMOST everyone else I started experimenting with weights during gym in high school. Back then I thought I'd get huge off of bench pressing and alot of bicep curls. I was about 220lbs with about 19%BF. Which was ok at the time. Then I graduated and didnt touch a weight for about 2 years. I blew up to close to 270lbs. It was real bad. So i decided to get in shape end of June 2007. I started by running and got down to 217lbs. I still didnt touch a weight so I lost alotta fat and muscle. So I started researching on weight training and started lifting the right way in October 2007. That is when I started to take it seriously. Now im still around 217lbs but I'm down to 15%BF.
Why I Love It:
Watching bulk just pack on. I think of bodybuilding as a non-boring art! lol. Sculpting your body in ways you want it. It's amazing
How I Stay Motivated:
Well after high school (2006) I didnt touch weights, got real lazy, and REAL fat. I was up to almost 270lbs at a point. Realized I let myself go and everyone kept reminding me. Then one day I decided to go running, got down to 217lbs. Realized then I lost a ton of muscle and started building mass and loosing fat. Now im 210-217lbs and i love the results so far!
BB Accomplishments:
Loosing the pesky fat I had gained from lack of exercise for almost 2 years!
of course im trying to lose weight, im tim, its always the goal in the back of my mind, lol. i would like to lose a good amout before warped so i can not wear a shirt there, cuz its really hot and i have a sweet tattoo. ive been doing cardio for the last 2 weeks, im actually gonna start lifting now.
