Hey man i was wondering if you oculd help me with just one thing, i need help with some growth. My arms haven't been growing much at all and my shoulders. I eat plenty around 4000 cals a day 180 grams of protien and 200 plus carbs. But Nothing is growing on my arms.

Hey man i was just wondering if you could tell me some stuff to get my lower abs bigger, my upper abs show more than my lower abs but i want those lines to show near the waste. Thanks. :)

Hey could you give me some tips on bulking? I'm 14 and have pretty good knowledge in the gym and stuff. But i want to be safe and not hurt myself.

I was just going 5 days a week but started to overtrain, so i switched to 3 times a week. I have lots of experience in the gym, ive been lifting for about 4 months and i know lots of different exercises and how to do the big 3 and stuff.

Well lets focus on the bulking right now then, i workout 3-4 times a week and right now i do a push, pull, legs routine. Should i stick with that or switch it up. Also i need routines to do at the gym.

Ok. Could you help me with a training schedual for bulking and cutting please? I think i'm going to bulk up until the 20th abd cut for the rest of the month because im going to california in july and want to look nice.

So then basically, eat big and lift big for a week. Then eat small and lift minimal for another?

Really? but then wouldent i gain some body fat? Thats something i don't want. But i do want the nicest body at school. What should i be eating and how often? I eat pretty healthy right now and eat 6 small meals a day.
