When I Started:
Apr, 2009
How I Started:
When i was younger, i was very overweight. People made fun of me and no one wanted to chill. I was petty sad. I wanted to look good and have girls talk to me instead of loathing me. I wanted people to envy me, for me to become their inspiration. Then i decided it was time to change. I moved to Edmonton and it all turned around. I slowly started to lose weight, i was getting skinnier. But i still never went to the gym yet. Then after i realized that it was time i bout a membership and hit the gym. Ever since i have been learning more and more and more every single day of my life. Reading articles on bb.com and getting tips from the best. My life has truly changed and i am on my way to that life i always wanted.
Why I Love It:
I'm usually under stress from school or sometimes i feel sad. Then the gym is there by my side to patch things up. Like my own little Doctor.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyday i look at Articles and Bodyspace members on bb.com. Every person i see, every article a read. Keeps me constantly inspired. Knowing that someday i will achieve their physique or even better is what wakes me up in the morning, hauls my ass outta bed and jump on the bus to the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing most of my body fat and starting to hit the iron after 2009 new years.

Goal (Long):
To achieve a great physique and be as healthy as can be. I want people to look up to me in the gym and ask me questions on exercises or to help them out. I love the feeling i get when people ask that.
Hopefully become a model someday !

bulking...eat eat eat!!! lots of meat and carbs....don't worry about being too healthy right now...you need your fats too...but at the gym, start doing squats and bench press a lot more...research the correct way to do deadlifts and do those also...do curls and tricep pulldowns if you can...pretty much, focuse on the big muscles and BLAST them really hard this week...work out everyday, doing something different everyday, but don't hurt yourself
pretty much, but you still gotta lift a lot that 2nd week....just give that a try....if you like it....bulk up for a month then cut down the next...that gives you a lot better results...I know you wanna stay lean the whole time, but pretend you're a bodybuilder getting ready for a show...you have to bulk up first to get your muscles visible, then cut down so you can see what you've gained
eat your carbs while you bulk up for a week so you can lift heavy...and it'll give you energy to work out hard the following week....don't neglect your vegetables either
then that's when you see the muscles that you've been working for...lift heavy and eat big for a week, then cuz down and do a lot of cardio the next week and lift high reps with medium weight...eat a lot of tuna, tilapia, and chicken breast...even salmon...and take krill oil or omega 3's...a good multivitamin would help too...
