How I Started:
I've always kinda played with working out and being some what in shape.I started out in a gym back when I was in high school. Yes round is a shape...lol j/k. When I started my job I realized that I need to be in better shape so I started working out more. Within the last year I would say I have become more dedicated towards it.
Why I Love It:
I love working out cause it helps me relieve a lot of the stress that gets built up. You just push and push and push and before you know it your sweating your butt off and feeling good again. It always helps when you go into a situation that you got a little size too you.
How I Stay Motivated:
The results that I see and it's just like a drive that I have. On the days that I don't work out and I take off about two days out of the week I just feel down, fell like crap like I'm shorting myself cause I'm not in the gym. Butt I also know that your body needs some recoup time and I'm always ready that next day when it comes time to hit the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
Right now my traps and back are coming along. My abs are coming along slowly but surely I can feel them now during certain excercises and when I'm out working doing stuff. Not really showing through just yet but they'll be there eventually. The greatest accomplishment is when I finally got me a gym for the house.
One of my main goals is to have a set of abs. I want to have an overall built body. I'm not really concerned about concentrating on one body part. My workouts now consist of breaking down the body parts into two groups per day that I work out except for legs they get trained on their own day. I don't just want to have big biceps or a defined back. I want the whole package. That is what I'm working on right now. Getting that whole package. Main goal lose weight, build more muscle and define it and throw a little cardio in there.
I do about 20-30 reps per set. I have been doing a low rep 6-8 rep range for about a good year year and a half. I noticed I was getting stale and needed a change. If Derek Poundstone can do it so can I. I do about 20-30 reps per set. I have been doing a low rep 6-8 rep range for about a good year year and a half. How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Now that I'm doing high reps I rest a good solid minute sometimes just to recover for the next set.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Why, I got tired of working out at work and having to go back to work after my work out. Sure I was pumped up and stuff but just couldn't really hit it like I can at home. I like working out at home because well it's home I can scream, yell, listen to any kind of music I want too weather it's hard ass rock n roll or listen to the r&b station. Usually the metal. I don't have to worry about bacteria or anything or did this bench get wiped down. I don't have to worry about impressing anybody but myself. I don't have to worry about the guy trying to show me up either and hurting himself....lol Is that enough, I think it isWhy, I got tired of working out at work and having to go back to work after my work out. Went for a walk earlier today with the wife and the dogs. Came back and took my jacked waited for it to kick in and then started on dumbell pull overs. After those moved on to lower pulley rows sitting on the decline bench. Used the lat bar for those. Heavy, heavy sets and low reps. Felt great so...
Hey, what movies did you watch with the family? I was a Netflix fan for a bit, but have been spending my entertainment "budget" on BodySpace recently. Did see Iron Man in the theater and thought that rocked!
