How I Started:
Former Runner at heart here. Used to run for miles and miles! (6 a day) was very skinny and had no muscle tone. Last spring I got a personal trainer and have been hooked ever since! The progress I have made is phenomenal and I am going to keep going until I am satisfied!
Why I Love It:
Gives me great confidence, obvious strength, has improved my health, lowered my heart rate, and has given me the ambition to become a ASCM Personal Trainer
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyday the alarm clock goes off at 5a.m. and I am out the door and in the gym by 5:30a.m. Once you get in a rhythm its very hard to stop, and I feel guilty if I don't go!
BB Accomplishments:
Trying to enter competition this April, we will see if I can get the BF down to 18% by then!

Hi! Cool about the bench press - you are really strong. So are you going to be working out at NU this summer or are you home? I don't know if you mind my asking with whom you train - you can PM me if you prefer in terms of answering this question. As for me, I am planning on November because I don't want to present the same physique again - I wanna have some muscle - nice caps like you! and a I wanna wide full back :) Fern won the masters last night - really rocked it!

Hey Dana! Don't know if you are being graduated today (probably should - mea culpa! lol!) but I wanted to tell you that the Cutler Classic takes place Sunday at Hancock Hall downtown. The final show begins at 5:30 pm and the prejudging starts at 11:30 am. You can get tickets online and also the day of the show. Fern is competing and I will be there to support her and others.
