My friend's started working out and I went with them a few times and I discovered that I really enjoyed it, and enjoyed the progress my body was making.

-Bench 275x1
-Deadlift 405x1
-Squat 405x1
-Weight 180
-BF -10%
I usually do high reps, I try to get 10 on every set. I do this because I want to add strength more than size.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Well I rotate with three guys so my rests are usually about 1-2 minutes.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Because I pay for the membership in my tuition automatically so I might as well go there. Pros would be that its a new gym with good equipment, there are basketball courts, and it's close.
