How I Started:
After running a half marathon in 2005 I injured my left knee. I refused a scope surgery and rededicated myself to slowly building the strengh of my knee through weight training.
Why I Love It:
It helps me deal with every day stress,it's like recharging myself. Plus I love to sweat and push my body it makes me appreciate what a healthy body can do.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember(2001)my mother loosing her battle with leukimia, the kemo stealing her strenght and aging her body. Her struggle and the courage she faced it with give me the strength to overcome. My mother inspires me although, she is gone her spirit,courage and strength live through me.

WANT A LEANER BODY WITH MUSCLE DEFINITION "NOT SKINNY".
Goal (Long):
I want to be "Sexy-Strong" not skinny. I've always admired women who focus on their physique to achieve their best body possible. I get inspired by viewing their progress pictures posted on bodyspace and would like to give back some inspiration. I'm currently striving to achieve a defined abdominal section, with focus on more core excercise and a cleaner diet. Would like more upper body strenth and be able to at least do 20 push-ups easily. I also LOVE to run therefore dropping weight (no more than 15 lbs), while becoming leaner will enable me to achieve my 9 minute mile goal. I see myself on a beautiful, sunny day running along the beach in my favorite bikini proud of my healthy, strong, and sexy body. Living in the moment and feeling blessed.
you look very good...remember that the body is 75-85% water..so you might have too much water ret.under the skin .. so i would suggest is when you drink your water(plain watter) stay away from the flavord water... just add real lemon to your water that will help your body absorb the water... thats my best tip

Hey Bunny girl!! Yes the tattoo has a story! All of mine do!! And even the 3 more I have planned do! lol Actually if you want to see a bit of the story behind the one on my low back its in my blogs. well it depends on which day if its my high medium or low carb day. usually dinner is either 6-8oz lean protein or sometimes just a low fat low carb protein shake.
Hey girl! I'll be near Ft. Hood for a year. Then the plan is San Antonio! Although my baby brother is still trying to talk me into Austin! Apparently its more like Canada there...cultural and very artsy!?! But I loved S.A. when I was there too! Good thing i have gypsy blood eh! lol I hope to be there before the end of the summer~!
