CourtneyMarie Thanks for the nice comment! My fav for glute work is: plyometrics, squats, stiff leg deadlifts, cable kickbacks and lunges. Don't be afraid to lift heavy to build the muscle while doing cardio to strip fat. :) Good luck on your goals!! Jul 12, 2011 12:18am
