Too fat, injured knee, had enough. Didn't want to have children and not be able to run with them at 25, so I "self-rehabbed" and the fitness bug bit. Lost 75 pounds, became a fitness instructor and strength and conditioning coach.

To feel good, to look good.

Website, family, and people who tell me it can't be done.

Hit 214 on the scale yesterday. That's about what I expected after some good Thanksgiving gorging. But overall, I'm still much leaner than I've been in the past at this weight.
