Workout Program:
I am currently doing the P90X workout program. (it's a home-based workout program using heavy weights and HITT cardio.)

It's great for me cause I work out at home and it pushes me WAY past where I'd ever try to go on my own!

SCHEDULE:
(Weeks 1-3)

Mon: Chest and Back, AbRipperX, p.m Bike Trainer 30m.
Tue: Plyometrics 45 min, p.m. Legs (strength training)
Wed: Shoulders and Arms, AbRipper X, p.m. Bike Trainer 30m.
TH: Yoga X (1 1/2 hrs. power yoga)
Fri: Legs and Back, AbRipperX, p.m. Bike Trainer or Cardio
Sat: TurboJam 45 minutes or running with my dog 45 min

I follow this program for 3 weeks, then take an active recovery week and then start a different rotation to aid in muscle confusion.

The proram is changed up every 1-3 weeks and lasts for 90 days. I am planning on doing 2 consecutive 90 day rotations and then I'll figure out where I'm at and reaccess my goals and program.
