We all have choices it is how we use them that defines us.
Lately commitment to my diet has been difficult. I have been living a pretty healthy lifestyle and now and again I need a beer. For this choice I pay the price of not achieving my "body goal" at the pace I would prefer....
I lift 4 days a week with the workouts broken into the following: back and biceps, chest and triceps, legs, and abs. 4 days a week I perform cardio and include abs on one day and legs on another. Reps for most of these excercises are in the 6-12 range except for the 1st set which is for warm up...

That's a very good idea, I only tend to measure in two places- the biggest part of my thigh and the biggest part of my calf, but I shall try that from now on- thanks!
Ahh thanks very much, very thoughtful to post! My only concern is that my legs look smaller, although I've measured em and they're still the same- very odd. But thanks for the support, I hope your training's going well too!
hey... ive decided to bulk up for two months considerings i keep cheating on foods :(:( but i was just woundering if you would have any advie for me ?!?!?!
I would see if the gym you go to offers the service. It would be pretty difficult to do yourself being as multiple spots are on your back & back of your legs. Plus the calipers they have at the gym would probably cost a few hundred $ and would be way more accurate than something you would purchase on your own. I would def suggest getting it professionally done.
