hey man wat up, im kinda new to the site and ive been liftin on and off for a few months (mostly off) but my main problem is stayin motivated, i think its cause after so many months w/o gains u kno, but i was wonderin if u could help me out, mayb clue me into ur diet or work out plan u kno w/e, we about the same age and height but im mad skinny and i would kill just to get to ur lvl lol

Excellent work so far building up the body. Solid traps, biceps/triceps/forearms and chest. Lifting stats prove it. Congrats and best of luck in upcoming lifting comp. André
