A friend recently told me something that might help you. People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing - that's why we recommend it daily. Have have a great day!!

You're not starting over. Not only do you have less fat and more muscle than you had when you started in 2006, you also have all the knowledge that you gained before hurting your back. You know what to do, how to do it, and - perhaps most importantly - that you can hurt yourself, how to be careful, how to avoid it in the future. It's frustrating to backslide whatever the reason, but it will happen and you can get back on track to make even more progress.

Amazing progress! How long have you been losing fat/gaining muscle?

Long story short, I had misdiagnosed torn discs which kept getting worse and then 2 bulging disks. Have had the shots and now have effective rehab but its taken over a year to get to this point. I have to be careful as it will be weak for another year until the discs heal and everytime I tear them again, it's that much longer to get to 100%. 2 weeks ago I found out treadmill is very damaging - just now recovered from that. Am now at the point where we are weaning me off the back brace.

No new pics in the near future. I hit an all time high (at least since I lost the initial weight a few years ago) on Monday. :( Fortunately, there was a lot of bloat - unfortunately there is still about 20 pounds to lose before I'm back down to the pics from last Dec. No excuses, I let my bad back take advantage of me and now I'm reducing. This Dec I should be back to where I was last Dec. Sigh.

I don't know... I think the bag may have enough stamina to hold you off and then klobber you when you've worn yourself out. ;)

I've heard of Reiki but don't know anyone around here that does it though I'm sure there are some. Can't afford it anyway. Even with insurance this back issue is costing a fortune. Right now I still owe $3,000 and counting. But you are right, I do need to incorporate more energy medicine into my recovery.

That's what I keep telling myself but it can take up to 500 days to regenerate a disc. Only 450ish to go! Sigh.

What the heck do you do to keep getting banned? You're going to get kicked off soon. Don't know anyone who tried Venon and we spend too much time making fun of Hydroxycut's advertising to try it. :p Lipo is the only one that any of my trainer friends feel has reliable results. (Except for my trainer friends who are selling product, of course. They all believe their products are 100%.)

In my personal experience, Lipo6 was the only one to make a difference and it wasn't much. Overall I've not seen a clear indication that fat burners make much difference for myself, my clients, my friends or in third party studies. Some people claim great results with them but I have to wonder if it was a placebo effect or perhaps they were more meticulous in their diet and workout schedule.

I'm familiar with sport/strength enhacing supplements as well as fat burners but I don't consider myself an expert regarding them. I'm much more knowledgeable about nutritional & vitamen supplements.

lol - I'd probably make more money if I had advertising and sold product. Providing workout programs and diets are just a small part of what I do. I'm kind of a life coach of fitness so we deal with a lot of the psychological and physiological issues that cause disordered eating. I also give seminars to businesses regarding nutritional and wellness issues. That's the focus of my newsletter.

I am everything in my company right now and that includes the website maintenance. I send out a free Health and Wellness eNewsletter every month. There's a form on my website or you can just send your email to join up. There's actually quite a few bb.com people who get it.

Thanks! I love that dress, it's perfect and shows off my shoulders. Don't you hate it when you look at a picture of some movie star and the blurb underneath calls here string bean arms "toned"?

I'd be interested to know your ab workout. Do you have a journal or do you plan to list it here? Well, more specifically, up there under workouts.

My phsical therapist says 8 weeks before I'm released to exercise. Then I can really workout, lose the stupid 10 pounds I gained back and hopefully by the end of this year look even better than Nov 30, 2007. Then I'll definitely be on the short list for your kisses. :)
