How I Started:
I weighed 250 pounds and was very out of shape. Three things happened to kick me out of my rut. (1)I had several family get togethers where I looked 3 times as big as everyone else in the picture. (2)I went on vacation and was unable to do the activities that I wanted to - such as getting on a horse and then having the horse strong enough to carry me. (3)I fell and shattered my wrist in part because of my physical condition. I rehabbed the wrist past the expectations of the surgeon and physical therapist and thought to myself "If I can do that, why can't I do more?"

By knowing that I need to do it for my health and to set a good example for my clients.

Just wanted to say hello,I'm a fellow Missourian. Looking at you're progress is gonna help me cause,if you can get motivated so can I,after I got out of the Marine corps,I started driveing trucks for a living, well I've never been in great shape but it went down hill slowly at that point.Thank you for reading this and have a great day.

I started in 2006 6 Months later I went from size 56 to size 38 pants. Hurt my back. Was out for a year. Now I am in a size 46 and starting over.
