Started out working out for football, back in high school. Recovering from another knee surgery. I really let myself go this time. I went from 240 to 320.
Why I Love It:
The feeling that only someone who loves weight lifting can understand. Being lean, fit, strong. This lifestyle will give you back more than you put in. You have the ability to carve out exactly what you invision your body becoming if you have the will power

morning brian..how r u today?? i know..i am still focusing but freaking out a bit on all the upcoming temptations i have in the next two weeks..i am still working out and being mindful..but i dont see myself being as strict until after vacation..so i dont want to say i am higher motivated..does that make sense??

just start slowly dont think because it feels good its cool to go heavy or u will just end up recking again.. I increase my running more and more as I lose weight because i hurt my knees
