Started out working out for football, back in high school. Recovering from another knee surgery. I really let myself go this time. I went from 240 to 320.

Goal (Long):
Bodyweight is back up while at the same time bodyfat is down! Keeping with the program and see where we end up by summer.
Steve keeps me straight. When I was feeling sorry for myself about my bicep tendon he talked me through it and told me that I could get it all back again I just had to decide when I was ready to get back in the game!
Why I like this video: Jonah Lomu a unheard of winger for the all blacks making the most of his one opportunity! He was an alternate that wasn't suppose to play at all!
I haven't written anything in a while. Training is still on a whole different level. I am in the middle of a P6 Black cycle. My bodyweight has gone up from 250 to 265 and I still lost another inch off my waist. My weights have gone up in the last twelve weeks from where they were to in some...

morning brian..how r u today?? i know..i am still focusing but freaking out a bit on all the upcoming temptations i have in the next two weeks..i am still working out and being mindful..but i dont see myself being as strict until after vacation..so i dont want to say i am higher motivated..does that make sense??

or u will just end up recking again.. I increase my running more and more as I lose weight because i hurt my knees
