How I Started:
I was involved in long distance running for about six years. I felt like it was keeping my weight a little lower than I wanted it to be. I started lifting to gain some size and went from 165 to 193 in a matter of six months. I can't get enough of it now. I'm feeling stronger every day.
Why I Love It:
Great stress relief. You can take out all of your anger and aggression on the weights.
Thank you! Well, if you hate swimming as much as I do and/or suck at it go for a sprint distance tri :D Verrrry short swim!! God I hate swimming laps...hehe I only started because I couldn't find anyone to do the swim leg on a team with me!! I'd love to do a half or full marathon one day if the knee will cooperate.
