Monday: back, biceps and at least 110 minutes of cardio
Tuesday: choulders, triceps, and abs, at least 110 minutes of cardio
Wednesday: Track workout or plyo workout at gym for legs, no compound movements, at least 110 minutes cardio
Thursday: cardion only
Friday: back, shoulders, and abs, at least 110 mintues cardio
Saturday: cardio only
Sunday: track work out

Every few monthsor so, I get a bit burnt out and take time off. It helps my body to recover. then I remember how I looked and felt when I never went to the gym, and how much I have changed since I started lifting.
