kinkoshinkai I wish I'd started training as seriously when I was as young as you. :-) I'm not far from Vegas, and lived there 10 years before I moved. If you need guidance on the hot spots, let me know. Easy on the buffet lines. You don't want to ruin all your hard work. Feb 15, 2007 11:47am

Tony Gibbo Hi Baz I come soliciting advice I am a first kup in Tae Kwon Do(LTSI formely UKTA and TAGB), what sort of wieght training do you recommend for breaking in particular side kick(yop cha jirugi). My sabum does not really have experiance with wieght training but Im thinking squats may help with power, I was also thinking along the lines of polymetrics and making the up movement very explosive.
