How I Started:
I've always worked out sporadically. I would be serious for about two months then miss a workout or two (there's always a party or an event that can throw your plan off track where I live) and it would spiral from there and what I gained I would lose. I'm trying now to develop a lifestyle and stick to it.
Why I Love It:
It's something fun, relieves stress, gives a feeling of power and you don't always need someone else there to do it.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's noticeably harder to get up and stay focused for a workout at home than at the gym. I prefer working out at the gym where I can be all business and the environment is always suitable. Just trying to improve keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting rid of my bird chest I had as a teen.

Goal (Long):
I am basically fit all over except I am unhappy with my stomach. It runs in the family and is one of the last places I lose fat. My goal is to firm it up and improve the cuts on the rest of my body. Update - want to do the MuscleTech transformation contest. Will post before pics in a few.
About 2 months ago, I was sidelined from lifting weights for about 5 weeks with a lower lumber sprain in my back. It was a freak accident just playing basketball. I went up to take a shot and BAM! it felt like a know the size of a soft ball all of a sudden appeared and about three painful...
Well my first one last spring my goal was just to run to the end without worrying about my time (which was 2 hrs & 4 min)... This next one I want to finish in under 2 hrs.
