Training is going good. In order to meet the physical requirements I have started to incorporate running into my workouts. I'm to worried in losing mass so I have kept heavy weight training in and eating more. I figure if I can become faster with this much weight I will be set. Have you been able to find your rhythm again?

Thats what I've been wanting to hear. Make sure you get at least a 4 day split on your workouts. Will send you a list of supps I think r best for you once it's compiled. Kickass
