Just to give a little history.. I played basketball for 4 years in high school.. So I was always in shape because of that.. I just never took the weight lifting serious back then.. Had I known I would love it now, I would have given 110% percent!
I just got fed up with how my body was looking! I weighed in at 191, and it was all fat.. Before getting a gym membership, I would simply go to a local park and run 2 miles every other day. I eventually got down to 175.. Then in July of 06, I started to get into lifting, so I started to look into gym memberships.. That's all she wrote..
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel good about myself; and it gives me confidence. It releives stress, and it's just healthy for you.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by coming to sites like these.. Or I think about my little sister calling me FATBOY.. LOL.. Most recent motivation is looking in the mirror and seeing how much my body is changing for the good..

No chest, and gut was out of control! Not the best picture..
When it's all said and done.. I want to be a solid 190 pounds, with my body fat being about 8%..I would also like for my bench to reach 350..I know I can do it..Anything can be accomplished if you have the right mentality..

I do light warmup before each lifting session..3-4 sets on all exercises.. I'm sticking to heavy lifting during my bulking phase..

Friday- Back and Tri's

I got 2nd place in open and novice tall. The best was getting Best Figure Presentation out of all of them! I was pleasantly surprised by that. Tell your wife I said SKEE WEE! LOL
Not too much, just training and working out real hard. Getting ready for this combine in May. I just opened a personal training business too, so....Yeah.
