How I Started:
Just to give a little history.. I played basketball for 4 years in high school.. So I was always in shape because of that.. I just never took the weight lifting serious back then.. Had I known I would love it now, I would have given 110% percent! I just got fed up with how my body was looking! I weighed in at 191, and it was all fat.. Before getting a gym membership, I would simply go to a local park and run 2 miles every other day. I eventually got down to 175.. Then in July of 06, I started to get into lifting, so I started to look into gym memberships.. That's all she wrote..
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel good about myself; and it gives me confidence. It releives stress, and it's just healthy for you.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by coming to sites like these.. Or I think about my little sister calling me FATBOY.. LOL.. Most recent motivation is looking in the mirror and seeing how much my body is changing for the good..

Been a long while since I updated this thing. Well, for the last month or so I have been working out really hard to get back into shape. I'm still around 200 lbs but my body fat is higher. I'd say around 19-20. I'm back to logging my caloric intake as well as my lifting stats. Just trying to...
