dude, if you're serious about fitness and strength, you NEED kettlebells. your #'s ain't bad...and you're young. kettlebells humble all of those that haven't tried them. they are an unfair advantage and you'll be better for it. in short order your PR's will be something of the past and re-assess your goals....cause you will shatter the ones you noted. cheers! t

I was so impressed with ISO. Tastes amazing in milk, just takes more effort to mix it in. Also tastes good in water since I do have it right after the gym. If you compare it side by side to ON (used to take) using the nutrition facts, it clearly beats ON in every category. Only been using it for a little over a month now
