How get i started? Hmmm... at the beginning I have to say that all my life I was into sports. Since kind I love to ride a bike, snowboard, windsurfing, tennis or jogging. I never make it regularly or professional but spend most free time by active life. Since 2003 holidays I have some new friends and very fast I started taking drugs. After 6month i was addicted. After half year I make fresh look on my self. I saw how mess I become and I decided to make something with it. I stared some training at home, running, cycling and so. I didn’t saw to much results so at the end of year 2004 I thought with friends about making own gym. At December we start regularly trainings. I train for next 8moths without and diet or any knowledge about trening. Even so I gain 12kg so I weight 72kg. It was nice results but I want more so after I order DSL I started riding a lot about body building in the internet. I learn really a lot about diet, training and supplements. After few months I become moderator in one (at that time) biggest forums of body building - www.fbb.pl I moderate there still. At February 2006 I weight almost 90kg but with a lot of body fat. That time I have no choice and I ended life of bodybuilder. I needed to focus on school because it was my last year and I needed prepare to my final exams. After exams (matura) I started preparing to go at university. After I reach my goal I move out from my home and I started living on my own. It takes me 1 year to arrange my life I lost almost 10kg boy mass. Now I train again! I hope never again be in situation to choice studding or gym.
PS. Since beginning 2004 I have never used drugs “to feel better” or to gain mass. After that what I went through I’m totally against any types of drugs!
Why I Love It:
It's a really good question. I think the reason is I can control my self. By died and supplementation I can stimulate my self. Every day and every training is another lesson. BB is interesting because there are many questions without answer. I wish to know that questions and answers. I love to look on my body and my self to see all the changes. BB forms my personality. I just love to fight with this metal and gives 100% of my self by every single training.

I put goals. After i reach one i take another and so.

This was taken when I was first starting out. It was right after i enede with drugs. I weight 59kg (its around 130pound)
Righ now I'm aiming to build bigger and stronger arms. After that i will end with body building and im going to gain a lot of strenght. After that i probably will back to BB.
Congrats on change in lifestyles and great job on putting on solid muscle and definition. Ripped front and back from traps to calves. Certainly could be ready soon to go on stage if you ever wanted. Andre
