TenTenTen Hey, Thanks for the advice. I felt sick before training, but once I got to the gym I was totally fine to proceed. I have no idea what happened. I am not eating a lot of carbs and am consuming a LOT of caffeine at the moment so that probably contributed to how I felt. Hope all is going well for you. You're looking good! Aug 30, 2012 3:45am

vilachack the rest periods are in between sets, for example, after a warmup set, rest 60-90 seconds then begin working set 1, rest, working set 2 rest, etc. I choose 60-90 seconds because I want to make sure I catch my breath and have enough strength to power through the remaining sets with the required intensity. thanks for the question, let me know if i can help. southport2014 Whats up bro how old r u im 17 and i started dieting in november . My starting weight was 195 pounds at 30 plus body fat percentage. I started to go to the gym March 26th and i weighed 168.8 pounds at 25.5 percent body fat. I am currently 149.5 at 22.5. What are your stats ? Jun 3, 2012 9:22am

BEARxIT The most important thing is your diet, we are what we eat afterall! I do carb cycle, one week i'll have a carb source such as rice with all of my meals prior to workout time, the meal after my workout I cut them out. And yes, I do cardio. May 27, 2012 3:54pm

TLdouggie sometimes I do decline dumbbells lower chest it's hard to get some times but I use a lot of dumbbells and cables I will see if I can get some good exercises for you it's weird because I know what works for me might not work for another person but I'll find something May 23, 2012 8:02pm
