yes, at first i just knew that i needed to work my butt off, and eat healthy. Sooo, i went to the track and said, well i'm going to run until i can't run anymore lol. I was so fat that lasted about 30 minutes. I ate only when i was truly hungry and i made sure it was only food that mother nature provided. Thats how it started for me, that avatar is when i was at 10% Body fat, not 13%.

yea i know where that is,its under aley, how are things now? my family and i didn;t go this summer due to the problems last summer (we got evacuated). I will be there for 2 months next summer, i can;t wait, my best memories belong in that country, my whole family is there, mom and dads side.

your so lucky, i havn't missed a summer there since i was born, we used to live there, our house is in Aley, and the other is in Bshamoon, i miss that place everyday i'm not there.

hey are you really from lebanon, i'm first generation, my parents are both Lebanese
