My arms in general (being Bicep Triceps and forearms) have a tendency to grow only when i introduce high reps. Meaning, i usually do 9 sets for arms, the last set of each exercise (being the 3rd, 6th, and 9th,) are usually drop sets and go to falirue. What calf workout has worked best for you?
Calfs are a muscle that experience 100000000 reps by walking in daily life.
