My arms in general (being Bicep Triceps and forearms) have a tendency to grow only when i introduce high reps. What calf workout has worked best for you?
Calfs are a muscle that experience 100000000 reps by walking in daily life. A lot of people seem to keep asking me about my diet, esp. as of late since i am cutting and people see my progress. So...I figure i might as well sum it up on here~
As of now, i do not count calories. I repeat, i do not, and will not, count calories....let me explain...
Monday- Bi's and Back
Tuesday- Chest and Tri's
Wednesday- Rest ( I hate this day )
Thursday- Shoulders and Neck
Friday- Legs (entire Lower Body)
Saturday- Rest ( I hate this day )
Sunday- Abs, Calves, and Forearms

yes, at first i just knew that i needed to work my butt off, and eat healthy. Sooo, i went to the track and said, well i'm going to run until i can't run anymore lol. I was so fat that lasted about 30 minutes. I ate only when i was truly hungry and i made sure it was only food that mother nature provided. Thats how it started for me, that avatar is when i was at 10% Body fat, not 13%.

I am 200 pounds (mostly fat) and really want to be where your at. This is really inspiring. Took you one year? Did you do this the "healthy way"?
