What bicep workout has worked best for you?

yes, at first i just knew that i needed to work my butt off, and eat healthy. Sooo, i went to the track and said, well i'm going to run until i can't run anymore lol. I was so fat that lasted about 30 minutes. I ate only when i was truly hungry and i made sure it was only food that mother nature provided. Thats how it started for me, that avatar is when i was at 10% Body fat, not 13%.

Wow, "I weighed 240 pounds at the age of 15, it was pure fat. I'm now 16 weighing in at 175 and 13 % body fat." I am 200 pounds (mostly fat) and really want to be where your at. This is really inspiring. Took you one year? Did you do this the "healthy way"?
