When I Started:
How I Started:
I got started first for hockey but then as time passed I noticed how well i was responding to the weight training and jumped head long into it
Why I Love It:
It definitely gives me confidence that I've always lacked and everyday I just keep on feeling better and better about myself, and I've seen a considerable gain in my sports performance
How I Stay Motivated:
When people doubt me it really pushes me that extra mile most people hate going to and in the end when I accomplish my goal it all pays off
BB Accomplishments:
Right now I havent been competing i've been giving it considerable thought though and but I think that my biggest accomplishment was after being the last player cut from my provincial baseball team the previous year to this year going in to the try outs with the confidence and a little swagger knowing that I would make it not wondering if I would or not and I made it!

He's sculpted himself a physique at 60 with one leg. All the people complaining about not being able to get in shape becasue of age or an injury should really meet this guy a true idol
How he build the physique he has naturally and with all his health issues. I think natural is the only way to go and who ever says you cant get big without steriods or have a world class physique thenaturalone will show you its possible
Hi Jeff! I loved your comment - so sorry for the delayed reply - you dropped by on the 30th right before Halloween, and school was hectic as was the weekend, but lots of fun. I really appreciate the compliment on the AVI from when you dropped in - the one in black - this pic was from the weekend. How was yours?
Well they told me I can't lift anything over 10 lbs for 1 week and I can't lift anything heavy for 2 weeks which don't sound like a long time but for me it's torture! LOL! Yeh, I'm glad to have that thing out though. Hopefully I can stay tumor free for a while now. have a great Halooween wk-end if I don't talk to ya before then!
Hey bud, good to hear from ya! Training is on hold for a bit, I just had parathyroid surgery yesterday, had a huge tumor removed so I've been trying to take it easy. Tough for me to do! LOL! Yeh that flu is breaking out like crazy! I'm glad you haven't got it yet. If you want to really boost your immune system, take royal jelly caps, like 2, 3X per day and also a probiotic like acidophilus. Works very well!
hey bro sounds like your keeping busy! Don't sweat the not being in the gym as much thing, thats how life goes sometimes. You'll bounce back to where you were in no time when you start up again! Yeh it would hard to keep up when your out on the field that much. Things are going good here and lifting is going really good. I notice this time of year when it starts to get colder out my joints hurt a bit more. Sucks getting old! LOL!
hey thanks bro, I appreciate that! Yeh, it's total bummer to see the summer winding down! I hate winters here, they are just miserable! Wow,10 games in 1 week? Thats crazy! Yeh I bet you would be sore! I think 1 game would do me in, LOL!
Thanks alot for the very kind words and concidering me an inspiration! It's been such an honor to meet and interact with so many great people like you on this sight! I think some day soon we'll see you on the front page here also! Take care bro, hope your doing great!
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for saying that you find me inspirational. It is people like you at Bodybuilding.com that keep me inspired as well as allow me to believe that I can make a difference in people’s lives.
Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
Ouch! I've jammed and sprained my fingers like that before, it really sucks! You wouldnt think such a small limb could cause so much pain but it definately can! Well your a tough dude, I'm sure you'll shake this off and come back even stronger next time! training is going really good, I've been cutting some weight but keeping my strength so I'm happy. You take of that finger bro! best wishes for ultra fast healing!
