hey man. while putting on some clean muscle without building too much fat i would say cycle your carbs high every 3 days or so and a lower on other days. Maximize on the protein and eat heavy but not fatty. Remember you tryna stay clean so i would stay away from the heavy carbs at night.

my work out plan has changed due to my schedule getting all crazy now. most mornings i do pull ups, crunches, sit ups, pushups. Then every other morning bicep curls, concentration curls, tricep kickbacks etc.... alot of stuff i can do at home with minimum equipment. Just keep myself consistently working until i can get myself back on a set gym schedule.

lol neva half steppin bro. lol the work pipeline is full right now. im hitting up them morning workouts right now at 6 in the morning to try get this body in top shape.
