I started at the weight of 125lbs. I got sick of being skinny so i decided to pack on some muscle.
Why I Love It:

Hey BJ thanks for checking in. On my second week of a 12 wk 5x5 program and have incorporated cardio twice a week. Still a battle with eating right, but I have had no junk now for 4 days straight, taking that one day at a time. Liked the pushing harder blog you wrote, so true, gotta be pushing the envelope to break through. Have a great day and keep pushing hard,(I know you will).

My show is not until March but I'm doing a photo shoot next week. I'm really focusing on my conditioning though. Especially with natural shows IMO judges really look for that!
