I started at the weight of 125lbs. I got sick of being skinny so i decided to pack on some muscle.

Goal (Long):
Bigger Chest, Bigger Arms (17-18 inches), Defined Abs. Develop a great V-Taper.
No one better than the wife. Knows the true definition of "Do Work" Her constant hard work and dedication Inspires me to do the same. With that being said. We work at our goals together and keep each other motivated.
i would go low reps high weight for mass and lower weight with high reps for strength. Arnold said it best though... nothing builds your chest better than flat bench barbell presses. If you have a partner get them to help you squeek out a few more forced reps to really help pack on the size. Just need a partner now to build up even better
I just push myself HARD... I mix between flat bench and arnold presses then go to incline and decline presses at the highest weight possible for 3-7 reps. The other thing is push ups and tons of them. I used to do 200 every morning and evening and 50 at a time at various times during the day.
when your body takes in the highly anabolic amino acid l-leucine it breaks down into different metabolites....one of these metabolites is HMB ....i use it quite religiously....check out hmb.org....i take it 4 times per day...two of those doses is pre and post workout...it's in other supp's ...like MHP "a-bomb"....help's with strength,recovery,...it's an awesome supp to have in your stack...
