Dumbell Flat Bench Press 7x5, Or Barbell
Barbell deadlift 7x5
Lat Pull Downs 7x5
Standing Dumbell side press 5x5
Calf Raises 2x3, 4x8, 2xfailure
Don't have squat/power rack, but squats need to get in there 5x5
Ab work, just kill your abs.
thanks Bartie, getting more definition isn't from selecting a particular routine, its from having low bodyfat by eating right. Does your girlfriend ever eat pizza, ice cream, cookies, cake, candy, fried food, butter, drink alcohol regularly, etc.. ?
