Yeah I cut back to once a day now but I go 6 days a week, not getting as much cardio in as I would like, but its tough to get up and make it happen. So what type of software do you develop.

Yeah I saw that on the side of a supplement bottle and thought it was quite funny all these outlandish statements these companies make. Perl is coming along, I'm just going through the O'Reilly llama book I'm a little half way through with the book then on to the Perl system administrator book. Then study for my CCNA so I take the second half soon as I get home. So whats good with you these days?

Can't wait can't wait especially since I had my first child back in October and I haven't had a chance to see him yet. Its cold as hell here too thought the desert was hot year round fooled me.

Got 415 on the bench the other day trying to get maybe 450 by the time I leave here got about two to three months left. Oh yeah I am a civilian I'm just a contractor there's almost as many civilians as military here.

I'm chillin at the work place right now, just got back had to ride a helicopter to another base to fix some computer systems, but back and ready to hit the weights again...

Well it was easy to lose that weight out here I was 230 before I left now round 199. I got on hydroxycut (not sure how much that worked) for about 2 month, drank nothing but water, hit the gym twice a day, one cardio, one weights and I walk every where over here no car.

Yeah I guess I don't know any better when it comes to programming languages I just picked a language that seemed to be good for doing sysadmin type scripts. So are you a programmer by trade or what?

Thanks man, wouldn't of been able to do it if i wasn't out here in the desert, there anything out here to do but hit the gym plus 98 percent of the people do not have a car so you got to walk everywhere you go, which helps of course but boy do I miss my truck. So what are you trying to get down to?
