Hey, thanks for the compliment. I posted a progress picture from about a year before I started training again, I was skinny there but lost an additional 5-10# before I actually started crossfitting. My diet is decent these days, I've flirted around with the zone. I'm not a huge eater and I'm naturally slim so I supplement by diet with protein shakes to get in extra calories and stay at my current weight. Good luck with the training!
I hear ya, the eats have been my problem this week with the holiday. I'm mad at myself for giving in to the chocolate temptation but I'm not going to let it make me crazy.
Wow, great new pic! I remember you telling me about seeing a trainer. Happy it's working out for you! Boot camp class is great too! I've been using the ranges Sparkpeople.com gave me for my diet and do weights 4-5 days p/wk. I can tell I've gotten weaker but I'm happier with the way my body feels; my pants fit again =) I've also been doing more cardio. My main focus is making sure I have a calorie deficit of at least 3,500 cals p/wk. I'm much happier doing things this way.
Ha! My little ones are going to be bugs...spider (both boys), lady bug, bumble bee, and a butterfly. My oldest is breaking from the group this year and is going to be a hippie. Glad to hear you are sticking with it. Just finished an executive report that has had me wrapped up for 3 weeks. Hitting the gym hard tomorrow!
You still working hard? Have not heard from you in a while and figured I'd check in. Work has been challenging the past few weeks, but I need to quit letting it be an excuse for not getting in the gym. Take care.
We are not on the road, but even when we are, Halloween ALWAYS happens! I think we will have a witch and a spider man this year. Looking forward to it, though planning to steer clear of all that candy!!!
Hi there! Thank you for the compliment. I am new to xfit as well. My fav back exercises are wide grip pull ups and seated cable rows. I'll shoot ya a pm w/ some suggestions if ya'd like.
Training is good! Getting in most of my workouts, on final month with Team Scivation, and finding my diet sabotaged by birthday parties! That and Halloween candy. How goes your training?
