Two guys at the gym ....
The difference between the guy that never changes and the guy that's ripped is not what you see him doing at the gym ... it's what you don't see. What he eats and when.

I saw this pic recently and laughed. Can you believe I actually thought I was in shape back then. It's been an up and down journey but I'm never going back to this!
Focus on building the perfect classic physique for my next appearance on the stage.
Goal (Long):
I've done one show and did very well in it so now I'm looking to compete at the national level in 2011. I'd like to come on stage about 8lbs heavier than I did this time. I'm going to focus on classic bodybuilder instead of open class. I like the idea of staying lean and full but never getting bulky or disproportioned. I still have to walk around everyday and I want to look normal so a focus on classic physique is the perfect combo if you ask me.
Thanks a lot for the kind words ma bro.. It feels good to get such compliments from an amazing bodybuilder like u! Well in my opinion this is one of the best transformations I've ever seen and I hope u keep up the hard work and keep achieving your goals cause u are such a BEAST! TTYL ma man.
As a fellow Canadian I stopped by to say that you look absolutely fantastic! You have the body that so many men want but are not willing to put the effort into developing. I compliment you on your dedication, determination as well as your achievement. You are a fantastic inspiration to others, especially me. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
Yo.
Thanks for accepting my add. I actually just got my diet experimentally working this year as far as leaning out. (See my 1st progress pics). But I'm learning as of yet. I'm about to start FST-7 training to try to get my delts and arms in proportion with the rest.
I seriously might compete one day. I've got a couple of BB.com members trying to convince me. So we'll see.
Mind if I pick your brain for some advice here and there?
Cheers!

I thought it was around 4 or 5% from the pictures. I knew it couldn't have been at 10%. I'm currently at 12%. Was trying to bulk up some but at 42 years of age, I'm not getting as much muscle as I'd like. Will have to keep tweaking my diet.
