Two guys at the gym ....
The difference between the guy that never changes and the guy that's ripped is not what you see him doing at the gym ... it's what you don't see. What he eats and when.

I saw this pic recently and laughed. Can you believe I actually thought I was in shape back then. It's been an up and down journey but I'm never going back to this!
Focus on building the perfect classic physique for my next appearance on the stage.
Goal (Long):
I've done one show and did very well in it so now I'm looking to compete at the national level in 2011. I'd like to come on stage about 8lbs heavier than I did this time. I'm going to focus on classic bodybuilder instead of open class. I like the idea of staying lean and full but never getting bulky or disproportioned. I still have to walk around everyday and I want to look normal so a focus on classic physique is the perfect combo if you ask me.
Hello mate, sorry about my delayed reply back to you, been busy with work,my trip went well took a cruise of the western carribbean, great fun, take one its got a great gym on board. As for your body fat and your competitions i have no doubt that you will do great. stay fit and talk soon
thanks for the compliment! i placed 5th in my first show! such a great feeling to be on stage after a lot of hard work...ready to do another show and place higher! love your pics :)
Hard for a woman doing bodybuilding given the weight you'd be carrying around with you, especially in off season, if you're not comfortable it gets you down until you're on stage. I feel fitness is the ultimate test, especially with the dieting, but I'm crazy enough to try it out! Thanks for the well wishes, good luck to you too ;)
Thanks :) Hoping to do a fitness competition next year. That will be super tough, but I'm up for the challenge, just need to polish my gymnastics skills :))
How lean do you stay in the off season? x
