I have won 87 Powerlifting Competitions and 13 World Championships and I hold 38 World Records
This picture was taken just 3 months before the other. My training and diet was radicle to get me where I am now.
Well I am extermely happy with the success I have had in the NPC this past year and becoming Posedown Magazines NPC Athlete of the year is truly a blessing. I will work harder than ever to be the very best I can be for 2009 and beyond. My goal is to get my IFBB card ASAP!!!!!!
Getting ready to get my Freak-On!!! Yep I know this is the toughest time of year to start training for a show but a girls gotta do whata girls gotta do! I have had some good growth since back in May I have been lifting heavy in fact going back into some of my Power-liftingcycles for strength gains. I increased my calories over the past 6 months and managed to turn 18 too!!! So starting next Saturday I start cleaning up my diet and start training for my first show for next year. I am not going to say exactly what show but lets just say this when the Arnold Sports Festival rolls around this year I will be in contest shape!!! hint-hint. I will post reagularly here to update my progress and I will also post some of my training and I will also post how I am implementing the EFX supplements with my diet and training. This will be a great learning experence for us all. So stay tuned to my blogs for the next few months. Just so you all know I will start my training and diet on Saturday after Thanksgiving. I always start by cleansing my body to rid it of any toxins that may effect the absorption of the nutrients I take in during contest prep. SO I will begin with a 5 day Colon cleanse followed by a 7 day liver and gallbladder cleanse. I will lift during this phase but my calories will be very limited. The first two weeks are as important as the last two weeks before the show to me because it gets me started with no digestive problems and my receptors are wide open to super charge my training cycle. If you have any questions please write. I am on a mission to get my IFBB Pro-card and I will not let anything get in my way! I will succeed! I AM A NATURAL FREAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wanted to wish ya a Happy New Year and thanks for all the motivation during the 2009 year time frame in my workout goals. Keep motivating others and keep up the great work. God Bless
