I was started in school by a gym teacher as we had a small female class. They lumped us in with the boys to make teaching easier. I fell in love with lifting.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding has done more for my body in to maintain my health than any other sport and it is low damage impact if done correctly.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am just restarting after being off due to long term illness. I have a support network.

BarEdulchanged Weight from 252 lbs. to 250 lbs., a 2 lb. loss in 8 days
I Am to losing 157 pounds. I have 129 to go. Become more healthy and overal cut compared to my current size.
Goal (Long):
My goal for week 5-9 is too lose some weight about 8 lbs. Reduce in inches and size significantly and increase my workout reps and weight by about 20 lbs and 2 sets.

Hey friend. As I am sure you have noticed, I have been off the scene lately. A job change in September, coupled with tendonitis in my right elbow, has kept me out of the gym and off my routine. I am starting back and will need all the support I can muster. Surf by my blog occasionally and check on my progress. If you see progress, let me know. If not, let me have it! It may seem like a bit of a long journey but when the changes start happening, and they WILL, that is when it really starts to be fun.
